Thank you for reading the story, My Stomach Is Flat but the L Is Silent
Its one-line takeaway is: Flawsome: A person who embraces their “flaws” and knows they are awesome regardless.
Now grab your notebook or journal and if this line evokes something in you, write down what you are thinking.
If not, here are three prompts to write about instead:
- I was in a class where I received the instruction to write a love letter to some part of my body and this is what I wrote. It’s your turn now to write lovingly to some part of your body.
- Go stand in front of a mirror and write about what you see.
- I often say that people need an eye transplant so they can see themselves as others see them. What do other people see when they look at you? Do you see the same things?
As always, write about one of these prompts or all of them. There is no right or wrong, just what feels best to you.
